I am a senior at Auburn University in Auburn, Ala. majoring in public relations. I grew up in Huntsville, Ala. and graduated from Huntsville High School in May 2006.

I became interested in public relations after volunteering with several fundraisers for non-profit organizations. I began my academic career at Auburn pursuing a degree in communication disorders, but changed my major to public relations because I was attracted to the fast-paced environment. My work with fundraising also intrigued me to find out more about the field.

I would love to incorporate my experience with social media, fundraising and event planning into a career upon graduation. I am interested in, but not limited to, careers located in the Atlanta, Chattanooga and Nashville areas.
